Ok, so no one wants to sit around and read a bunch of rules so I'll try to keep this short and sweet.
GENERAL:
- There will be NO godmodding or powerplay!!! EVER!!!! It's annoying and nobody likes it so just don't do it. First offense is a warning, second is suspension, and third your account will be banned.
- You must wait for your character to be accepted before you can begin roleplay.
- Cussing is allowed but try to keep it to a small amount. There's no need to fill an entire sentence with f-bombs. If it gets out of hand, I will start censoring words.
- No graphic breeding. Use your better judgment people...
- Don't harass the staff. That means no bugging us about accepting your profiles, I promise you we will get to it or tell you how to fix it.
- Be polite just in general. People will like you better for it and you'll have a better time here!!
- Liquid time is allowed, meaning you can have your characters in as many threads as you can handle.
- Please only make a single account. You can have as many characters as you want, just please keep them on one account!
- If you plan on having a signature make sure it DOES NOT stretch the board. It messes everything up and it's frustrating for everyone.
CHARACTERS:
- Stars:
- Since stars aren't actually wolves, their bodies aren't going to appear the same. They'll have a slight glow which is easiest to be seen at night for obvious reasons. They'll have wings in all of their forms unless they consciously decide not to wear them - they simply retract them back into their body. They're slightly bigger than average wolves - max height is 6 feet. Their fur will always be a pure, pastel color and their wings will be feathered like an angel's.
- No, stars don't all have to be wolves but they do have to have a wolf form. Yes, this does mean that stars can be shapeshifters.
- All stars don't have to be kind and just, you can make a star who is completely evil.
- For a star to join or associate itself with a specific pack, he/she must first request an audience with the alpha/alphess. If they are accepted, then from that moment on they will have accepted that wolf(s) to be their leader.

- Wolves:
- Read The Pack sheet before making your wolf. It should help you with what their basic appearance should look like. Also, this is where you can find the ranks of each pack.
- Basic appearances ARE NOT mandatory, your wolf can look like anything you want to. So if you want a wolf with purple fur, yellow stripes, and green horns? Hey, go for it. However, don't make a winged Valcarrian, an armored Merridorn, or give the ability to sing metal into shapes to a Narchasian wolf. Certain aspects of the packs must remain sacred. If you want to mix and match, either go Loner or Yuraquise.
- THE ALPHAS OF THE FOUR PACKS MUST BE PART STAR. They are the descendants of the first stars so there has to be some magical blood in there. How that has affected their physical form is up to you, just make sure you follow the rules. Same basic stuff goes even for 'muddied' stars.
- Also, it is the alphas' job to delegate who are and aren't their betas. If you make a bio stating your wolf is the beta of some pack then you must first have asked permission with the alpha of that pack. I will be getting in touch with said alpha and if permission wasn't asked, then the bio will be ignored until the proper changes have been made. Proper changes meaning the alpha decides to let you have the beta position, or you simply take the rank of beta out of your bio.
- There is no specific breeding season so feel free to have pups any time of the year that you want. Once a female has had pups, she cannot breed again until at least four months afterward. How quickly or slowly a pup ages is up to their players.
- Maximum height for wolves is 4 feet. Maximum height for part star wolves is 5 feet. You can go here for a more detailed rundown of a few races found here in Shattered Starlight.

- Other Creatures:
- Because this is a fantasy roleplay, there are other creatures allowed on the sight like vampires, werewolves, dragons, fairies, satyrs, nymphs, and whatever else your imaginations can design! However, for a creature to be in a pack, its primary form, true form, or what have you MUST be a wolf.

MAGIC
- Magic for your characters is COMPLETELY OPTIONAL. However, if you DO want to have magic for a character, then your different magics CANNOT contradict themselves. For example, a healer cannot also have venom. A creature that controls fire cannot also control water, etc.
- Here are some magics that go against one another...earth and air
fire and water
light and darkness
healing and poison
ice and fire
Pretty basic stuff really. - You're character cannot godmod with their magic. Ex.: if they control wind, they cant bring about a giant tornado to destroy the entire world. If they control water, they can't summon a giant storm to drown the entire world... Keep it reasonable.
TECHNOLOGY:
- There is none yaaaay!!! Meh... Ok, there's a little. Very basic stuff though, the most recent being things being bows and arrows, swords, knives, that sort of stuff. No guns, phones, cars, etc.
