The Upper Mountains A beautiful region, snow capped in the winter and bustling with vibrant green grass and more wild flowers than you can count. Since it is so high and deep into the mountains, there aren't a lot of trees and what brush there is, is rather small. This area is rich in all sorts of metal deposits, just be careful for the mountain lions... |

Pools of Sorrow A group of springs fed by the melted snows from the upper regions of the mountains. They get their name from the old story of a pup who fell into one of the pools and lost his life. If one can overlook the somewhat spooky aspects, they have a sort of surreal beauty and can be very romantic. |

The Lower Forests A dense forest which reaches to the edge of the Merridorn/Narcashian boundaries. It is thick with wildlife of all sorts - i.e. deer, turkey, quail, rabbit, and the infamous bear. |
